Bled Castle is a cultural monument.

With its rich history, Bled Castle represents an important historical and cultural heritage. For an enjoyable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask you to respect the rules of conduct. By acting responsibly, you will help preserve this exceptional cultural heritage for future generations.

Respect for cultural heritage

Act with care in and around the castle and avoid causing any kind of damage.

Environmental protection

The castle is set in a natural environment, so please do not litter and respect nature.

Photography and filming

Photography for personal use is allowed, while professional or commercial recording requires prior permission. For safety reasons, the use of drones in the castle area is prohibited.

Pets

Entry with animals is restricted for safety and hygiene reasons. Your pets are welcome in the outdoor areas of the castle if they are on a leash. Please do not enter the indoor areas of the castle with animals.

Respect for other visitors and staff

Do not push in the premises and be considerate of other visitors and castle staff. Do not disturb others with loud conversation, music, or other audio content.

Exhibition exhibits

Please do not touch the exhibition exhibits.

Concerts and events

When attending a concert or other event, turn off mobile phones and other devices that emit sound signals. Do not chat during the event and be moderate in expressing enthusiasm or dissatisfaction.

Lost and found items

Any forgotten items can be picked up at the castle ticket office, no later than one month after your visit. We do not take responsibility for lost items.

Medical assistance

If you need medical assistance, please contact the nearest Bled Castle staff member. An automated defibrillator is located on the upper terrace of the castle and is accessible to all visitors.
